  1. I would like to know if the original stained glass windows are still in place. My great-great-great aunt Charlotte Shooter was married to the former superintendent of Barnwood House Hospital, Frederick Needham. Apparently when she died in 1907 she was recognised for her contribution to the running of the Asylum and the welfare of the patients with a stained glass window in the chapel. I would really love to know if it is still in the building. And I would be very grateful if someone could take a photograph of it if it is there. I live in Australia, so visiting is difficult. Thank you
